The Last Heat of Summer

The clocks have changed and harvests are moving to winter favourites but we did manage to pick the last of the hot chillies just before the frosty nights arrived. Look out for them in your veg box and enjoy the last heat of summer.

Apple juice production is in full swing and we now have lots available every week. This is a taste sensation you won't want to miss!

The potatoes from west Cumbria are calledColleen.

Also, English winter vegetables available now are: leeks, swedes, parsnips, celeriac, beetroot, red onions, white onions, various squashes, red cabbages, white cabbages, Savoy cabbages and January King cabbages.
